Single Solution for Complex Transport Needs
This major US furniture manufacturer came to us with a challenge. It had more than a dozen manufacturing and distribution centers and hundreds of retail customers with locations across the country. So it needed to be able to ship furniture to multiple destinations in the most efficient manner. At Asian Link Logistics, we partnered with well-known specialized furniture carriers to provide a mixed container program that allowed them to load a single container with products traveling to multiple destinations. We also coordinated ocean transport and trucking in one system, all for a simplified inclusive, per cube/seat/piece rate.

When customers cannot finish a remodel or build because the components have not arrived, that is bad for business. So this international manufacturer of cabinets came to Asian Link Logistics seeking to expedite its raw materials from Asia to its US manufacturing facility. A.L.L. assisted the company with expedited ocean freight service through the west coast to the final destination by partnering with a warehouse and trucking company in California to offload the containers and load the cargo onto a domestic van and team truck for transport. Our effort saves the company 5-6 days in transit time and helps to ensure that the finished product reaches its valuable customers more quickly.
